1Who we are and what this policy covers

ScoreLabs Inc. (“ScoreLabs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology and business solutions company, founded on December 06, 2017, that delivers AI and machine learning (including AI agents), application development, system and software engineering, design and UX, data services, business support, recruitment and staffing, and SAP services to organizations worldwide.

This Privacy Policy applies to the website scorelabsinc.com and to the personal information you share with us through it, including our consultation request form, our Contact Us form and our Careers application form. ScoreLabs Inc. is the organization responsible for deciding how and why that information is used (the “controller”).

Our brands — Vyasu, HolaAttend, Vijobs and takeremo — may have their own privacy notices. Where a brand has its own notice, that notice applies to that brand.

2What personal information we collect

We collect information in the following ways. You decide what to send us; fields marked as optional on our forms can be left blank.

WhereInformation you provide
Consultation request formFull name, business email address, company, mobile number, country, service of interest and project details.
Contact Us formFull name, email address, mobile number, company, subject and your message.

Emails and callsAnything you choose to tell us when you email us at info@scorelabsinc.com or speak with our team.
Technical dataYour IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested and the time of the request, collected in the normal operation of our web servers. We also use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and protect the site from abuse.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as government identification numbers, payment card details, health information or details about your race, religion or political views.

3How we use your information

We use personal information only for purposes that are clear and legitimate:

  • To respond to you — answering consultation requests and messages, scheduling calls and preparing proposals for services such as software development, AI solutions, SAP, data and design.
  • To provide our services — carrying out work for clients and managing the business relationship.
  • To consider job applications — reviewing your resume and details, assessing your fit for our open and future roles, and contacting you about next steps.
  • To confirm what you sent us — when you submit a form we automatically email you a copy of the details you entered so you have a record.
  • To keep our website secure — preventing spam, abuse and fraud, and fixing technical problems.
  • To meet legal obligations — keeping records and responding to lawful requests.

We contact you about marketing only where you have asked us to or where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.

5How we handle form submissions and resumes

When you submit a form, your details are sent securely to our systems and a notification is emailed to the ScoreLabs team so the right person can respond. A confirmation email containing your own entries is sent to the email address you provided. We also keep a record of each submission on our secured servers so that no enquiry or application is lost if an email fails.

Resumes and application details are available only to authorized people who are involved in recruitment. We do not publish your resume or share it with third parties other than service providers who help us run our systems and recruitment, unless you agree or the law requires it.

6Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only when necessary with:

  • Service providers that host our website, deliver our email and provide IT support, who may only use the information to provide those services to us and must protect it.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and auditors, bound by confidentiality.
  • Authorities and courts when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
  • A successor organization if ScoreLabs Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will ensure this policy continues to protect your information.

7Cookies, fonts and third-party content

At the time of writing, scorelabsinc.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use tracking pixels. If we add analytics or similar tools in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

To display the site correctly, your browser loads some resources from third-party providers, for example Google Fonts (typefaces) and Cloudflare’s cdnjs (icon fonts). When your browser requests these files, the provider receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type under its own privacy policy.

Our pages also link to social networks and other websites, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and X. Those services have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them before sharing information with them.

8How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymize it. In practice:

  • Enquiries and messages are kept for as long as needed to respond, to manage any resulting relationship, and to keep reasonable business and legal records.
  • Job applications are kept while we consider you for current and future roles. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.
  • Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.

We may keep information for longer where the law requires it or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

9How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) when you use our website, controlled access to stored submissions and resumes, and limits on repeated form submissions to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

10International transfers

ScoreLabs Inc. serves clients and employs people around the world, so your information may be processed in countries other than the one where you live, including countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as contractual protections, to keep your information protected wherever it is processed.

11Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights over your personal information:

  • Deletion — ask us to erase your information.
