These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and ScoreLabs Inc. (“ScoreLabs”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and apply to your use of the website scorelabsinc.com and all pages, content, forms and features on it (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

2About our website and services

ScoreLabs Inc., founded on December 06, 2017, delivers AI and machine learning (including AI agents), application development, system and software engineering, design and UX, data services, business support, recruitment and staffing, and SAP services to organizations worldwide. The Website describes those services and our brands and lets you contact us, request a consultation and apply for jobs.

Information on the Website is provided for general purposes only. Descriptions of services do not form an offer. Any paid work we perform for you is governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or order form, which takes priority over these Terms for that work.

3Using the website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• submit false, misleading or fraudulent information in any form, or pretend to be another person or organization;
• send spam, malware or any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory or abusive;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, our servers, or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by overloading it or bypassing the limits we place on form submissions;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy the Website or collect data from it without our written permission; or

4Forms, enquiries and job applications

When you use our consultation, Contact Us or Careers forms, you agree that the information you provide is accurate, complete and yours to share, and that we may use it as described in our Privacy Policy to respond to you and, for applications, to consider you for roles.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a client relationship. Submitting a job application does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment, and we are not obliged to respond to every application. Do not include confidential information belonging to a current or previous employer in your application or resume.

Nothing sent through the Website should be treated as confidential unless we have agreed to a written non-disclosure agreement with you.

5Our brands

The Website provides information about our brands — Vyasu, HolaAttend, Vijobs and takeremo. Using those brands may require you to accept separate terms of use and privacy notices, which apply in addition to these Terms for the brand concerned.

6Intellectual property

The Website and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, software and the ScoreLabs Inc. name and slogan, are owned by or licensed to ScoreLabs Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Product names, logos and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners.

We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable permission to view the Website and to print or download pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, republish or create derivative works from the Website or its content without our prior written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas about our services, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment to you, but we will not publish your personal information.

9Limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Website will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for use of the Website in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
